Water Pilates

I teach a fun, standing Pilates routine in the water, using props and also incorporating water aerobics principles. It's gentle on the joints and an effective core and light cardio workout. The pool is heated so we will be able to go right through winter. Water Pilates is also ideal for pregnant ladies as it is a safe pre and postnatal form of exercise.

Maximum of 8 in a class so phone to avoid disappointment and book your spot. All levels welcome!

Book first class free:

Classes – Classes – Classes Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am. Each class is 55 minutes long. Classes are to be paid for the month in advance. Any classes cancelled 12 hours in advance can be made up in another time slot. Classes not cancelled in advance do not get carried over. Please see rates below
